On the way to Bago, you can enjoy seasonal fruit shops and pottery in analogue process, until you drop to Payathonzu village
 

Kyaik-pun

Four large Buddha images in sitting position under the blue sky, together with one of the largest art galleries in Southeast Asia can be seen. Yet, the artists are, however, locals.


 
Shwemawdaw Pagoda

Bago is the capital of its division, while Shwemawdaw is the highest pagoda in Myanmar. Some of the interesting things can be seen if you visit.


 
Hinthagone Hillock

There is an interesting story of that hillock. Sometimes it is filled with active musical songs and crowd cheer.


 
Kanbawza Thadi Palace

Western architecture and the oriental ways of life can be leisurely enjoyed.



 
Shwe-tha-lyaung Reclining Buddha Image

It is the only reclining Buddha image having unique qualities.
You can observe the ways of life and arts of there are Mon community, wood-carving centres and cheroot production; something like cigar, but not so strong.

 
Kalyani Sima

If you are curious enough on Buddhist Order, there is a historic sima with carved stone pillar records and a monastic complex indicating codes of conduct and rules of the Order in their daily life.
 
Moeyingyi

Moeyingyi wetland and its thousands of migratory birds are best things to see.
